My take on a Lobster mac n' cheese..... #unbelievable if you ask me !!!

One of my favorite dishes... It is not on the menu but we can create this upon request any day. It has mussels, littleneck clams, U-10 scallops, shrimp, white fish (could be haddock or cod), sometimes I add lobster or squid but its all made in a spicy tomato clam broth...

Pan seared sea diver scallops, sweet pea / corn risotto 

Got my hands on some fresh Tuna that I seared & put over some fresh taglietelle pasta w/olives & capers in a light lemon butter
