Lobster Fra Diavlo w/fresh tagliatelle pasta - SPICY !!!

How I get my Salmon here everyday at CR, so if you think its not fresh >>> THINK AGAIN !! I try my best to give you the best quality possible !!!

One of my favorite dishes... It is not on the menu but we can create this upon request any day. It has mussels, littleneck clams, U-10 scallops, shrimp, white fish (could be haddock or cod), sometimes I add lobster or squid but its all made in a spicy tomato clam broth...

Sneak peak at these veal chops before dinner service i just cut!!!

Its all about fresh pasta here at CR. Everything from fresh taglietelle or pappardelle to radiatore & long ziti. Always made in house DAILY !!!

This is a special I did w/some Italian sausage, ricotta cheese, fresh campanelle pasta, baked w/all the good stuff 

Got my hands on some fresh Tuna that I seared & put over some fresh taglietelle pasta w/olives & capers in a light lemon butter
